Partner of Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa)
We are a contracted partner of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) for performing oral, facial, and jaw surgical procedures.
To receive Tervisekassa funding, a referral from a family doctor or dentist is required. The procedure must be included in the list of covered services and meet the funding criteria set by Tervisekassa.
For Tervisekassa-funded services, an initial visit fee applies, except for cases where a patient is referred to another specialist within the same institution, as well as for pregnant women and children under two years old.
For services not covered by Tervisekassa or those that do not meet the funding conditions, a consultation fee applies according to the current price list. Additional charges may apply for paid procedures.
Waiting List Management
The management of the treatment waiting list is based on the Minister of Health and Labour’s Regulation No. 73 (27.12.2018) regarding the availability of healthcare services and waiting list requirements. Our waiting list is maintained in the Perearst 2 (Medisoft) medical software.
Patients with a digital referral can register for the waiting list via the national digital registry (Veebiregistratuur or Terviseportaal). Those with a paper referral can register by phone during clinic working hours.
