All complaints are registered.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"485\">The center\u2019s staff has the right to resolve complaints within their competence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"646\">The complaint must include the patient\u2019s name, personal identification code, phone number, email, date, details of the complaint, and the desired resolution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"853\">The complainant will be informed of the receipt of the complaint within two working days.
